Disaster Survivors Log（DSL）は、大規模災害や多数傷病者事案において、患者・避難者情報を迅速に記録し、状況把握や振り返りを支援するアプリです。 主な機能 ・患者情報の登録 氏名、年齢、性別、傷病名、トリアージ区分、搬送区分などを入力できます。 ・医療需要の記録 酸素投与、人工呼吸器、透析の有無を記録できます。 ・特記事項の管理 妊娠、身体不自由、言語理解困難など、災害時に重要となる情報を登録できます。 ・患者一覧表示 トリアージや受付番号などで並べ替えが可能です。 ・集計機能 トリアージ区分ごとの人数や登録患者数をリアルタイムで確認できます。 ・データ保存 入力内容は端末内に保存され、再起動後も復元されます。 ・CSV出力 記録したデータをCSV形式で出力し、他施設や対策本部との情報共有や振り返りに利用できます。 本アプリは医療行為を支援・代替するものではありません。災害対応や訓練時の情報整理・記録支援を目的としています。
