Store description excerpt
Dinc helps you keep track of what you take — and understand how it fits together. Most supplement apps tell you what to buy. Dinc doesn't. It shows you what you're already taking, when to take it, and how the things in your stack interact — with the source behind every claim. See the interactions, not just the list Some supplements compete for absorption. Others work better together. Dinc reads your stack and shows you both — in plain language, with the reasoning and a source you can check yourself. Take apart — "Calcium and iron compete for absorption; leave at least 2 hours between." Better together — "Vitamin C significantly improves iron absorption from plant sources." Ask your doctor — when a medication is involved, Dinc points you to your doctor instead of guessing. A plan that fits your day Set your meal times and bedtime. Dinc groups your supplements into those moments and sends one notification per group — not one per pill. Mark them as you go, or tap "Took them all." Timing conditions are shown where you need them: on an empty stomach, with a fatty meal, before bed. Honest by default Dinc never recommends supplements, never suggests doses, and never diagnoses anything. When there's no reliable data on an interaction, it says "I don't know" rather than "you're fine." That distinction matters. Your age and sex are used only to prioritize reading material — never to suggest what to take. A longevity layer, not a lecture Dinc maps your stack against six longevity themes — cardiovascular, cognitive, inflammation, metabolic, musculoskeletal, sleep and stress — as a mirror, not a checklist. Alongside it: a small, curated set of reading and listening from independent sources, so you can go deeper on your own terms. Your data stays on your device No account. No cloud sync. No profile sold to anyone. Everything you enter lives on your phone. Built in Turkish and English Switch the interface language any time. Dinc is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is an informational and tracking tool. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement or medication. Curated content links to independent third-party sources. Dinc is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the creators or publications referenced.
