Store description excerpt
Tacho shows how fast you are going and counts how far you have come. Nothing else, but that part properly. THREE UNITS AT ONCE Kilometres per hour, knots and miles per hour sit side by side. You decide which one is large in the middle. If you only need one, hide the others. DISTANCE IN LEGS Split the distance you cover into legs and give each leg a name. That keeps a trip readable afterwards without writing anything down. BUILT FOR LONG TRIPS Location runs in a frugal mode with coarser accuracy by default instead of at full load all the time. Switch to full accuracy in the settings if you need it. The screen stays awake on request, so the reading stays visible while driving, sailing or cycling. ON APPLE WATCH AS WELL The watch shows the same display and measures with its own GPS, so the iPhone can stay in your pocket. A complication puts Tacho on screen straight from the watch face. NONE OF THE THINGS YOU DID NOT ASK FOR No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking. Your position is evaluated on the device and never leaves it. The app works without an internet connection. NOTE The speed shown comes from satellite positioning. In tunnels, between tall buildings and with poor reception it can deviate. It does not replace the vehicle speedometer.
