In the app, you can: Get an overview of the calls your employees received, made, or missed today. Find any conversation in the call history and listen to its recording. Analyze statistics for a custom period to identify patterns, such as trends in the decrease of missed calls. Create and edit employees and departments. To log in to the app, enter the username and password of a Digital Tide user.
