Set a bedtime boundary once, then let iOS apply it on schedule. DigiBound combines Apple Screen Time controls with an automatic Sleep Lock. Choose the apps, categories, or websites you want to limit, set bedtime and wake time, and select the days. During that window, iOS shields only the targets you selected and restores access when the window ends. The schedule continues even when the app is not open. A complete, reviewable boundary: • Automatic Sleep Lock supports overnight schedules and selected weekdays • Today shows the next start, active end time, skipped occurrence, or a repair action • Skipping affects only the current occurrence; later schedules continue • Strict Focus keeps selected shields active for a manual session • Reusable focus modes remember durations and restriction sets • Daily plans, Live Activities, and on-device reports keep progress visible • No account or sign-in is required Automatic Sleep Lock remains available for free. The free edition also includes one manually started focus session each day; optional Pro access removes only that manual daily limit.
