Store description excerpt

Your dice bag is your character sheet. Dicedelve is a dungeon crawler where loot does not hand you stat points — it hands you dice. A hand axe is a d8. A keen kris is a d4 that crits on two faces. What you carry is what you are, and curating that bag is the whole game. ONE ROLL PER TURN At the start of your turn you pull dice out of the bag until your slot budget runs out, and they all land at once. That is every die you get — but you may play as many separate hands from them as you like before ending the turn. COMMIT DICE AS HANDS Dice are played together, not one at a time. Matching values multiply the whole hand: a pair is ×1.5, three of a kind is ×2, four is ×3. A run of three consecutive values pierces armour outright. Rolling a die's highest face counts double; rolling a 1 kills it for the turn. Small dice do both far more often, which is exactly the trade. HOLD WHAT YOU NEED A lone 6 is worth little now. Hold it, and two more 6s next turn is a Three of a Kind. Held dice keep their faces but still cost their slots, so holding thins the hand you draw. Greed has a price. FOCUS AND SPELLS Landing a combo earns focus — a plain hand earns none. Spend it to mend your wounds, harden your skin, curse a foe into taking half again as much, or burn the whole room down. Chasing a combo can be worth more than the damage it deals. FIVE FLOORS DOWN Forty-five rooms of branching choices: fights, elites, campfires, forges that grind away dead weight or temper a die a size larger, traders, and unknown rooms where you roll a d20 against a difficulty the old-fashioned way. A natural 20 is always a triumph. A natural 1 is always a disaster. Fourteen foes and five bosses stand between you and the Hollow Crown. Clearing a floor lets you choose what you become: more dice each turn, more health, a new spell, or a steadier grip. FOUR WAYS TO PLAY The Warrior carries steady dice and heavy shields. The Rogue throws a fistful of tiny dice that crit constantly and fold under armour. The Mage's arcane hands ignore armour entirely. The Cleric simply refuses to die. Each is a different starting bag and a different way to break the maths. BOUGHT ONCE, YOURS ENTIRELY No ads. No in-app purchases. No energy timers, no daily rewards, no account. It works offline and collects no data about you whatsoever. Your delve is saved between rooms, so you can put it down mid-floor and pick it up later. Plays on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV with one purchase — with a Siri Remote, a game controller, or your thumbs.
