Store description excerpt

Keep your health records private, organized, and on your device with DiaKeep. DiaKeep is an offline-first personal health record app designed to help you keep track of glucose readings, medications, laboratory results, health appointments, and supporting records without requiring an online account or cloud storage. Track glucose readings Record your glucose readings in mg/dL or mmol/L and add useful context such as before meal, after meal, fasting, bedtime, exercise, or sick day. Add notes and review your readings over time to help you keep an organized record. Keep laboratory results together Record HbA1c, fasting glucose, and other supported laboratory results. Enter the reference range shown on your own laboratory report and keep a history of your results. You can also attach a photo of a printed laboratory report. Attached report images are stored inside DiaKeep’s encrypted local database rather than automatically saved to your photo gallery. Manage medications Keep a personal record of medications, doses, instructions, schedules, and whether you are currently taking them. DiaKeep can help you maintain a record of your medication routine, but it does not prescribe medication or recommend dosage changes. Organize appointments Record upcoming doctor appointments, laboratory visits, specialties, locations, and notes. If you choose, DiaKeep can mirror appointments to your device calendar. For additional privacy, you can choose to send only a generic “Medical appointment” entry rather than clinician, specialty, location, or reason details. Private by design DiaKeep does not require: • An account • An email address • A phone number • A patient name • Cloud synchronization Your records are stored locally on your device. DiaKeep does not require your identity. If you voluntarily enter a patient name or attach a laboratory report containing identifying information, that information remains locally stored unless you intentionally export or share it. For additional privacy, consider cropping, covering, or excluding unnecessary identifying information such as patient names, dates of birth, addresses, patient numbers, QR codes, or barcodes before saving laboratory report images. Protected access DiaKeep includes security features designed to protect access to your records: • Encrypted local storage • Optional 6-digit PIN • Face ID, Touch ID, or device authentication on supported devices • Locally generated recovery code Biometric authentication is handled by your device. DiaKeep does not store your fingerprint or facial biometric data. Your records stay under your control DiaKeep does not operate a cloud database for your health records and does not automatically upload them to Mrdzyn Studio. You can export your records to a file for backup or transfer to another device. You can also share an exported file with another app when you choose. Important: exported files are not encrypted by DiaKeep. Anyone who obtains and opens an exported file may be able to
