It is intended exclusively for the company's LOGIN AND SECURITY • Log in with your personal company account (email and password) • Additional security via email code (two-factor authentication) • Optional app lock via fingerprint or email code to prevent a lost device from revealing the session HOME • Latest company news with headlines and images • Favorites for the most frequently used functions FUNCTIONAL AREA Depending on the employer's access settings, the following areas are available, among others: • Look up maintenance contracts, plant components, key lists, history, and building register directly from the company ERP system • Find stock items and storage locations • View your own time tracking and request corrections • Report other times (e.g., sick leave, vacation, training) • Submit tips for new maintenance contracts or quotes • Look up picking locations for an order number WAREHOUSE PICKING A dedicated area for recording incoming goods: order and Scan delivery note data via QR code, record storage location, take a quality photo – your colleagues in the warehouse will be automatically notified. AI ASSISTANT (for authorized users) Ask questions via text or voice input – the assistant searches only the authorized company data and answers in short sentences, which can also be read aloud. Usage is limited by a personal monthly allowance. VOICE INPUT In virtually every text field in the app, you can dictate using your voice as an alternative to the keyboard. NOTIFICATIONS Push notifications for new news, if enabled. PROFILE AND SETTINGS • Profile picture and display name • Light/dark mode • Overview of your assigned usage package • Direct contact with the internal editorial team and support DATA PROTECTION The app processes data exclusively within the context of the employment relationship.
