Search and View your Issued Authorisations (IEC should be linked to your user profile). 3. Get personalised alerts on submitted applications. 4. Helpdesk Services - Check the status of logged tickets or log a new one. 5. Real-time alerts and view of Trade Notices, Notifications, Public Notices, and Circulars released on our official website (https://dgft.gov.in). 6. Easily searchable digitized Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) and Handbook of Procedures (HBP). 7. Search Product Information - Import and Export Policy Details. 8. Ask Virtual Assistant - Ask policy related queries from our chatbot. 9. Contact Details of DGFT Offices. 10. Access Application Help and FAQs from Help section. 11. Verify UDIN / UIN by entering the details or scanning the QR Code.
