DeskSentinel is the lone worker monitoring solution for lone workers – ideal for security services, guard services, and any industry with employees who work alone at changing locations. HOW IT WORKS Employees check in at their work location and check back in at set intervals ("I'm still here"). If no check-in is received, an alarm is automatically triggered – responsible coordinators are notified immediately, even if the app is closed. EMERGENCY CALL WITH LOCATION A single button press instantly triggers an emergency call. The location is automatically transmitted, regardless of other settings. As soon as the emergency call has been processed, the employee receives confirmation directly on their device. WORKS EVEN WITHOUT A NETWORK Confirmations and emergency calls are cached locally when there is no network connection and automatically transmitted as soon as a connection is re-established. FOR COORDINATORS AND ADMINISTRATORS Role-based access rights, complete documentation with timestamps, and PDF export for records and risk assessments. Monitoring is also possible via web browser and on Windows. OPTIONAL LOCATION FOR ROUTINE NOTIFICATIONS Companies can activate location tracking for routine feedback based on their own risk assessment for each work location. This app is provided to employees of client companies that already use DeskSentinel. Registration is not possible without a valid customer number and login credentials for the respective company. Important note: DeskSentinel is a notification and alerting system based on active feedback. For critical lone work (e.g., under electrical voltage or with hazardous materials), DGUV Regulation 112-139 mandates a certified personal emergency signaling system (PNA) – DeskSentinel does not replace such a certified PNA.
