DersTimeTable is a free lesson scheduling program for school administrations. It automatically creates a conflict-free weekly lesson schedule in seconds, taking into account teacher availability, weekly workload, block lessons, and classroom constraints. FEATURES • Automatic, conflict-free lesson scheduling (CP-SAT constraint solver) • Teacher availability calendar and maximum weekly lesson hours • Definition of 2- and 3-lesson block lessons • Lessons that cannot be split on the same day, lessons that should not be scheduled on the same day • Limit on consecutive hours per lesson • Control of location conflicts such as labs and gymnasiums • Fixed (locked) lesson times • Duty roster and assignment of duty teachers • PDF output as class, teacher, and collective A4 schedules; • Sharing via WhatsApp or email • Manual editing with drag-and-drop • Pre-scheduling check: missing hours, classes without a teacher, insufficient availability • Cloud saving with Google account: access the same schedule from phone, web, and Windows WHO IS IT FOR? School principals, vice principals, and teachers responsible for distributing and preparing class schedules. Middle schools, Anatolian high schools, science high schools, religious high schools, and vocational high schools; full-day, morning, and afternoon shifts. HOW IT WORKS 1. Enter teachers, classes, and lessons. 2. Determine availability, block lessons, and daily lesson hours. 3. Click "Create Schedule"; a schedule meeting all requirements will be prepared. 4. Edit if necessary, get a PDF and share it with teachers. You can also use it with the same account from the web version (idare.ozarik.org) and the Windows application in the Microsoft Store.
