“Business and Human Rights” is a training platform from the University of Córdoba that offers an audiovisual series designed to raise awareness, train, and support companies, cooperatives, and management teams in integrating human rights into their daily operations. Each episode follows a proven pedagogical structure: A visually impactful introduction with a key message. Reference to the legal framework (such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or European Directive 2024/1760). Practical examples relevant to the business environment. A motivating conclusion with a call to action. The platform is organized into thematic categories to facilitate navigation: Introduction and Foundations: Essential Concepts and Regulatory Framework. Essential labor rights: decent work, reasonable working hours, freedom of association, and the eradication of forced labor. Equality, inclusion, and well-being: non-discrimination, social security, maternity protection, privacy, and freedom of religion. Responsible management and best practices: integration of human rights into policies, internal training, grievance channels, and performance indicators. Resources and support: support from the Chair of Human Rights and Business. The aim is to provide companies with concrete tools to fulfill their responsibility to respect human rights, improve the work environment, prevent conflicts, and strengthen their reputation and sustainability.
