Store description excerpt
Know what to train today. Tap the muscles you trained on a glowing body, say how hard you went, and in about ten seconds every muscle reads fresh, recovering or cooked. No sets, no reps, no spreadsheet. You already know how to train. What you cannot see is how much of the last session your body has paid off. Deload shows you on the body itself, by the hour. Today it says: “Push day. Chest and shoulders are fresh. Legs need another 31h.” What you get • The daily call, in plain gym language, made before you walk in. • The whole body at a glance. Green fresh, amber recovering, red cooked, so you see what is recovered without reading a single number. Cooked muscles pulse. • “Chest is fresh at 6:40 pm,” not “give it a couple of days.” The recovery curve is right there behind it. • No account, no server, no wearable. Every session stays on your device, and it opens in a basement gym with no signal. • A Ready score out of 100, so you know whether the whole body has anything left. • A seven-day forecast, so your split gets built around when muscles come back. • Weekly balance and twelve-week symmetry, so you catch the imbalance while it is still a fix. “Pull is 40% behind push this week. Row before you press again.” • Smart days: the streak counts a rest day when nothing was ready, so it stops pushing you into an injury. • Cardio, a rest timer, home-screen widgets, and one nudge a day at most when a muscle is back. Never guilt. Why it works Training tears a muscle down. The 24 to 72 hours after are where it grows back stronger. That window is the whole game. Go again before it recovers and you re-open the hole. Wait too long and the window closes. Every muscle gets a recovery window sized to how big it is, how hard you went, and four answers about your sleep, your age, your years under the bar and how long you tend to stay sore. The same inputs always give the same answer, and the numbers behind it are the numbers on screen. Keep the logger you like. Deload answers the one thing it never does: what is ready right now. Not a logger. Not medical. Not AI. Your body, waiting. Terms: https://armandojimenez.dev/apps/deload/terms.html Privacy: https://armandojimenez.dev/apps/deload/privacy-policy.html
