Blossom Books Delivery is the official app for Blossom Books delivery partners (riders). It is a workforce tool for our authorized delivery staff — not a shopping app — and requires a rider account provisioned by the Blossom Books operations team. Riders sign in securely with their registered phone number and a one-time password (OTP). Once signed in, the app helps them manage their assigned deliveries from start to finish. Key features: • Go online / offline — control your availability with a single tap. While online, your live location is shared so the store and customers can track deliveries in progress. • Assigned deliveries — see the orders assigned to you, with delivery addresses and customer contact details. • Navigate & call — open turn-by-turn directions in your maps app, or call the customer directly, right from the order. • Update status — mark an order as out for delivery, or report a failed delivery attempt. • Proof of delivery — complete each delivery by capturing a photo, recording the recipient's name, and confirming the handover code, so every drop-off is verified. Location is used only while you are online to enable delivery tracking, and the camera is used only to capture proof-of-delivery photos.
