Delegate is the simple way to leave clear, complete instructions for anyone covering for you — a dog sitter, a house cleaner, a babysitter, or whoever's stepping in while you're away. Not a to-do list. Delegate is built specifically for handover instructions: the things someone else needs to know, in an order that actually makes sense, without you re-typing the same notes every time. Build a list once, save it to your Library, and send it whenever you need it — as an email your helper can read straight away, or as a printable A4 PDF with checkboxes they can tick off in person. Nothing for them to install, no account for them to create. WHAT YOU CAN DO Break instructions into tasks, sub-tasks, and detail notes Add optional frequency tags for things that don't happen every visit Choose "keep my order" or "group by frequency," whichever reads better for that list Send as an email body or a printable A4 PDF with checkboxes Save lists to your Library and duplicate one for a similar job — the pre-holiday deep clean instead of the weekly visit, for example See the last-sent date on every list at a glance HOW IT WORKS Delegate is free to use for building and sending lists by email — no cap on tasks, sub-tasks, or how many times you send. One list at a time is saved in your Library at no cost; unlocking the full version (a single one-time purchase, no subscription, ever) adds unlimited lists in your Library, PDF export, and Duplicate. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Delegate doesn't ask for an account, doesn't use analytics or ads, and doesn't send anything to a server. Everything you build stays on your own device until you choose to send it — what happens to a list after your sitter or cleaner receives it is between you and them, the same as any other email or PDF you send.
