Defect Auditor turns property acceptance into a structured, evidence-backed process. Register an unlimited number of objects — new-build apartments, secondary housing, private houses, offices, commercial premises or renovation projects — and record the address, developer or contractor, acceptance date, area, floor, unit number and responsible parties for each one. Every object is divided into rooms: living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, corridors, balconies, technical spaces or your own categories, each showing its own defect count and readiness at a glance. Attach a plan to any room, then zoom in and drop numbered markers exactly where the problem is — tap a marker to open the full defect card, or switch to list mode when you need speed. Each defect carries a description, category, priority, severity, probable cause, responsible party, repair deadline, cost and custom tags, and moves through a nine-stage lifecycle from Detected to Accepted with every status change written to its history automatically. Attach unlimited photos, draw arrows, circles, highlights and labels directly over the problem area, add the after-repair shot, and compare both with a drag slider. Built-in libraries of standard defects, comment phrases and acceptance checklists for seven property types speed up repetitive work, while the tolerance reference lets you check a measured value against the allowed limit and turn a failed reading into a fully described defect in one tap. The analytics section shows readiness, open and resolved counts, distribution by room and category, resolution dynamics over time, average repair time, the most problematic zones, a deadline timeline and a contractor scorecard rating each party on closing rate, punctuality and rejections. An acceptance verdict is calculated from your own thresholds for critical defects, overdue items and readiness, with the exact reasons listed. When you are ready to hand over, generate a complete PDF report containing object data, room plans with markers, photos, statuses, comments, statistics, the change log and a signature block you can sign on screen with your finger — plus CSV export and full project backup and restore. Reminders keep repair deadlines and re-checks from slipping.
