Work runs in blocks of up to an hour with breaks between them, so a four-hour session is four real stretches of thinking rather than one impossible marathon. Your focus score, weekly hours and streak sit on the home screen. A Live Activity keeps the session on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island while you work. THINK ON PAPER Plan what the session is for before it starts. Write down what happened after it ends. Journal entries stay on your device, in a format built for reading back rather than for filing. BUILT FOR PRIVACY Your sessions, journals, statistics, streaks and the apps you block never leave your phone. Nothing sold, to anyone, ever. The app-blocking uses Apple's Screen Time framework, which by design never tells us which apps you chose. We could not see them if we wanted to.
