DeCaAIはDementia Care-assist AI system(認知症ケア補助 AI システム)の略称であり、日本医療研究開発機構(AMED)の研究開発事業として、2019年度からの3年計画で開発および社会実装が進められました。 このDeCaAIシステムは、(自宅を含む)医療や介護の場から、以下の情報を通信環境を介してクラウドに集めます。 ◇認知症の方本人のバイタル情報(脈拍や体動など) ◇部屋の環境情報(温度・湿度・照度など) ◇介護者が入力する介護記録情報 これらのデータをAIが分析することで、認知症の行動・心理症状(BPSD)を30分前・60分前に予測し、適切なケア方法とともに現場の介護職に通知します。 これにより、BPSDの発生を未然に防ぎ、生じた場合も重度化を防ぐケアを提供できます。 本アプリは、介護事業所に所属する介護従事者が操作するDeCaAIのクライアントアプリであり、アプリおよびシステム(DeCaAI)を利用するには、別途介護事業法人がDeCaAIの利用契約を結ぶ必要があります。詳細につきましては、サポートページまでご連絡をお願い申し上げます。
