Auto-Attached Vehicle Context: Automatically attaches the vehicle’s VIN, trim, price, mileage, and browsing history to the chat window so reps don't have to request details manually. Shared Team Queue & Instant Alerts: Sends real-time push notifications to reps' mobile devices; all chats land in a shared queue where the first rep to claim the lead owns the conversation. Role & Staff Management: Supports Admin and Agent roles, allowing managers to monitor team availability, active chat counts, and send new team invitations.
