Landlords, buyers and tenants can use the same calculations and summaries to review their options. CAPTURE AND REVIEW Import a PDF, text file or photo, or paste notes from an email. On-device text recognition and keyword matching organize source passages into an editable lease or deal summary. Check the excerpts, correct the draft, and mark it reviewed before saving or exporting. Missing terms stay blank. Capture does not fill calculator inputs or set deadlines automatically. MODEL THE NUMBERS • Year-by-year rent schedules with escalations, free rent and additional rent. • Total consideration, monthly rent and net effective rent. • Lease and sale commission calculations, co-broke, brokerage and team splits, with tax shown separately. • Editable 50% broker split defaults and reusable presets. • Side-by-side deal comparisons and shareable PDF or image reports. MANAGE YOUR BOOK • Today: overdue next moves and upcoming dates. • Deal stages, contacts, notes and activity history. • Money: collected commissions, receivables and year-end statements. • Co-op handoff through a .dealdesk file or QR link. Your private economics and captured summaries are excluded. FREE AND PRO Free includes up to three open deals and six prospects, calculations, summary capture and reviewed text exports. Pro adds unlimited deals and prospects, summary PDFs, invoices and unbranded PDFs, forecasts, reminders, and split-ladder/cap tracking. Choose monthly, yearly or a one-time Pro Lifetime purchase. Eligible new subscribers can receive a 14-day trial, as confirmed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage subscriptions in Apple Account settings. Lifetime does not renew. Prices are shown for your storefront before purchase. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account or login. No tracking, analytics or third-party SDKs. Documents are processed on device; the app does not retain the originals. Saved summaries and selected source excerpts stay with your deals and are included in your personal archives and optional private iCloud sync. The developer never receives your book.
