Store description excerpt
Dead Moon Relay is a circuit puzzle set on a wrecked freighter: the reactor survived the crash, the ship did not. Turn the conduits, route the current, bring one subsystem after another back to life. Tap a conduit to rotate it and connect it to the next. Power leaves the reactor and travels only where two contacts face each other, so every grid is a question of order — which junction first, which branch later. The level is solved when every machine on it draws power: lamps, vents, consoles, antennas, data cores. Deeper in the ship the grid keeps changing what it asks of you. One-way diodes pass current in a single direction. Cracked mounts survive one turn, then lock. Welded tiles never rotate, so the route has to go around them. Fuses blow when fed from too close. Boosters relaunch a feed that fades over distance. Bridges let two lines cross without touching. Then a second bus appears, and a third: coolant, then signal, with converters and phasers stepping one into the next. Keep them apart. Feed each machine the line it was built for. Each chapter adds a new rule to the circuit puzzle. 100 levels across 20 chapters, each opening on the next part of the story — crash site, spliced service decks, a cold-storage vault, the colony dome, the Custodian at its heart. Three stars per level, and the third one only for solving at the optimum with no hint. The Ship Map shows how much of the ship is back online. Quiet, unhurried, readable: painted hull, amber warning light, one live cyan line finding its way across the board. No timer on the campaign — a logic puzzle that rewards reading the board before you touch it. When the campaign is not enough, a daily run waits under a hard move ceiling, an endless descent spends a shared pool of moves where you bank the reward or lose it, and a weekly event runs its own ladder of stars. Three leaderboards keep the results. • 100 hand-built circuit puzzle levels in 20 story chapters • 14 conduit types: diodes, fuses, boosters, bridges, converters, phasers, prisms and more • Three buses to keep apart: power, coolant, signal • Daily run, endless bank-or-bust descent, weekly event, three leaderboards • Cosmetic finishes for the board, the tiles and the power-on pulse • One tap per move, one hand, portrait • Plays offline The relay is dark and the moon is jamming the signal. Start turning.
