The application brings together essential services such as policy viewing, earthquake damage reporting, file process tracking, and compensation inquiry on a single platform. Application Features ✔ Secure Identity Verification Users can access the application by performing secure identity verification through the e-Government Portal. ✔ Policy Information You can access all active and past DASK policies and critical information such as coverage, premium, square meterage, and policy period. ✔ Earthquake Damage Reporting The damage reporting process can be completed fully with steps such as address verification, location information, photo/video uploading, and adding a description. ✔ Damage File Management All information related to expert assignment, inspection, missing documents, decision, and payment processes can be viewed instantly. ✔ Compensation Inquiry Approved compensation amount, payment status, and IBAN information can be securely tracked through the application. ✔ Notification Infrastructure Users are informed with notifications regarding critical stages in the damage claim process. ✔ Emergency Information and Tools Includes information such as recent earthquakes and assembly areas. Features include earthquake risk status, adding relatives, siren sound, and flashlight features. ✔ DASK Assistant Answers to frequently asked questions can be obtained with the digital assistant. ✔ Secure Infrastructure and GDPR Compliant Data Processing All operations are performed on a secure architecture, and user data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
