Dash offers a free read-only display on an unlimited number of rooms, or subscribe to Dash Business for room booking, check-in, find free rooms, branding, and more for just $3.99 USD per display per month. WORKS WITH YOUR CALENDAR Dash connects directly to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, or to any service (such as on-prem Exchange servers and CalDAV) through Apple's built-in calendar. Each display connects to your room calendar directly, so your meeting titles, descriptions, or attendees never pass through our servers. ON THE DISPLAY • Colored status to see if the room is free or busy from a distance, and see the room's full schedule up close • Five display modes to choose from, including a room display for outside the door, a countdown display for inside the room, and three dashboard displays for lobbies or near several rooms • Show multiple rooms on one display and pay only for one device using one of our dashboard modes • Customize branding with your colors, logo, and background image • Hide meeting details, attendees, or titles if they're sensitive • Highly customizable, with over 30 configurable options to display your meetings exactly as you'd like • Dash is available in 26 languages, and we can add more on request CONFERENCE ROOM BOOKING FROM THE DISPLAY • Book the room for an impromptu meeting in one tap, or book a later time. Add attendees so that colleagues working from home get a video call invite • Extend your meeting if it's running over, or end it early to free up space for others • If the room is already taken when you need it, find a free room nearby and book it in one tap STOP LOSING MEETING ROOMS TO NO-SHOWS Dash's optional check-in feature lets you reclaim rooms from no-shows. If nobody checks in, Dash removes the room from the meeting, making it available to others. The organizer and attendees' calendars are untouched, so an online meeting can continue. Dash can also permanently remove the room from recurring series if check-ins are missed several times in a row. MANAGE YOUR DISPLAYS CENTRALLY Whether you have two meeting rooms or two hundred, you can deploy and centrally configure Dash on all of your display devices using our Dash Enterprise web management dashboard or your MDM system of choice (such as Intune or Jamf).
