DAM Officials Management App: - Digital directory enrichment app will be created as a means of easy communication between the officers and employees. - For the management of the online marketing platform of Department of Agricultural Marketing. - There will be menu based on Divisional Office, District Office, Regional Training Center, Upazila Office. - The required dropdown menu will be launched based on the selection of the office name. - The app will have maximum filters and search options. - The app's database will contain all the information of the working life including the name, surname, workplace of the employee. - Only information used as a means of communication will be displayed in the app from the database. - Employees will be able to change all types of transfer information from the admin panel. - here will be a separate menu for retired officers/employees. - Need admin for online agriculture marketing platform from among the officials included in this database. - There will be arrangements to inform the employees about the birthday, death and retirement issues through notification. - There will be a notice board menu, which will contain notices issued by the department which will be uploaded from the admin panel of the app. - When a new notice is uploaded, Flash SMS will be sent to all users. - Creation of Staff group according to post, location and other criteria. - Group email and SMS Distribution.
