Cycle Diary is a private period tracker and menstrual calendar that lives on your phone. Log your period, follow your cycle, and see the pattern your body has been keeping all along. There is no account to create, no ads, no subscription and nothing behind a paywall. Every feature is free, in 65 languages. TRACK YOUR PERIOD Tap the days your period starts and ends and the calendar fills in around them. Cycle Diary works out your average cycle length and period length from what you actually enter, then shows the next expected period right on the home screen. Cycles that are not clockwork are perfectly normal, so if yours vary you can switch on irregular mode and see an honest date range instead of a single confident day. KNOW YOUR FERTILE WINDOW Turn on fertility predictions and the calendar marks your fertile window and your estimated ovulation day, with higher and lower chance days shaded so you can read a whole month at a glance. These are estimates based on the dates you enter. They are not medical advice and not a method of birth control. LOG MORE THAN DATES A period is not only a date range. For any day you can record flow intensity from spotting to heavy, your mood, symptoms such as cramps, headache, bloating, back pain, breast tenderness, nausea, dizziness, acne, appetite changes, fatigue and insomnia, whether you were sexually active and whether protection was used, and a note in your own words. SEE YOUR OWN PATTERN The history screen lays out every recorded cycle beside the length of the period inside it, so you can tell at a glance whether things are steady or drifting. Averages update as you log. You choose whether predictions are calculated from your recent months or from lengths you set by hand. GENTLE REMINDERS Optional notifications tell you when your period is due, when a heavier day is expected, when your fertile window opens and when your cycle is running late. You pick how many days ahead and at what time of day, and you can switch the lot off. PREGNANCY MODE Expecting? Record the start and expected end of a pregnancy and Cycle Diary pauses predictions and reminders for that stretch rather than guessing at a cycle you are not having. Your history is kept and picks up again afterwards. BUILT TO STAY PRIVATE Your entries live on your device. There is no account, we run no servers of our own, and there is nothing to sign up for. If you are signed in to iCloud your entries also sync to your own private iCloud storage, encrypted, so a new phone or a reinstall brings them straight back. We never see them. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind. LOCK IT Set a PIN, or unlock with Face ID or Touch ID. You can also hide the app's contents in the app switcher, so a glance over your shoulder shows a blank screen.
