Cxbolt is a payment account and back office for contractors and trade businesses, built to run from your phone between jobs. Quote the work, bill it, and take the payment without switching apps or waiting until you are back at a desk. GET PAID Build an estimate on site with line items, taxes, a discount, and a deposit request. Send it, and your customer can review and accept it from their phone, sign it, and pay the deposit on the spot. Turn an accepted estimate into an invoice in one tap. Nothing is retyped. Send a payment link by text or email, or show a QR code and let your customer pay from their own phone. Track which links have been opened, which have been paid, and which are about to expire. Set up recurring billing for maintenance plans and service agreements. Monthly, quarterly, or annual, with automatic retries when a card fails. TAKE PAYMENTS Accept contactless cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay with Tap to Pay on iPhone. No extra hardware. Key a card in by hand for phone orders, or charge a customer's saved card on file. Send an amount to a countertop terminal when you are back at the shop. Refund or void a transaction from the phone, with the correct action offered for each transaction's status. RUN THE BUSINESS See what needs your attention the moment you open the app: an overdue invoice, a failed recurring payment, a dispute deadline. Watch your volume by day, week, month, or quarter, broken down by how customers actually paid. Search and filter every transaction, and open any one of them for the full record. Keep a customer list with total spend, saved payment methods, and a flag on anyone running late. See what you are owed and how late it is, grouped by age, so you know who to call first. Read your statements and payouts, and know when money lands in your bank. Keep a product and service list with prices, and ring up a walk-in sale on a simple register. Track your own work with tasks, due dates, and subtasks, and get a weekly summary of what came in and what needs chasing.
