Standalone On-Device Local AI (No Cloud Required) • Utilizes Apple’s CoreML and Vision frameworks to run a high-performance YOLO11 object detection model entirely offline on your device’s Neural Engine. • Tracks and isolates the main paddler closest to the center of the screen, ignoring background spectators and eddy queues. 3. Vibrant Gear Color Extraction & Smart Grouping • Automatically crops three target zones for color matching: Helmet (HM), Life Jacket (LJ), and Boat Hull. • Employs advanced HSV-based water/foam filters to capture true gear colors even during water submersions. • Clusters rides by paddler using CIEDE2000 ΔE color difference algorithms, isolating distinct boat hull colors (green, white, blue, etc.) with a strict constraint gate. 4. Interactive Manual Organizer & Sensitivity Control • Features a real-time Clustering Sensitivity slider to dynamically adjust groups from strict (split) to loose (merge). • Drag-and-drop ride thumbnails between paddler cards to quickly refine groupings. • Double-tap paddler names to customize output folder names. • Drag failed runs or empty waves to the "Trash Box" card to exclude them from the final export. Your Trash Box choices are fully preserved even if you adjust the sensitivity slider. 5. Premium Gallery & Document Export • Excludes the Trash Box and lets you select exactly which paddlers to export. • Creates structured directories for each paddler inside your device's Documents or Photo Library. • Copies the trimmed ride video (.mp4) and its corresponding thumbnail image (.jpg) side-by-side for instant visual cataloging. 6.
