Currency Helpers is a simple app for quick exchange checks with a clean two-field layout. It is built for the common path: - pick a source currency - pick a target currency - enter an amount on either side - refresh rates when you want the latest data ## What the app does - Converts between 150+ supported currencies in a mobile-friendly screen. - Lets you type into either amount field to work forward or backward. - Includes a swap action to flip the selected currencies and values. - Shows the last updated time for the current rates. - Falls back to cached rates when a refresh fails or you are offline. ## Rate source and caching - Rates are fetched from the fawazahmed0 exchange-api (open-source, served via jsDelivr CDN). - Cached rates are stored on the device so recent data can still be used after a failed refresh. - You can manually refresh rates from the main screen at any time. ## Supported currencies The app supports 150+ currencies from the fawazahmed0 exchange-api, covering all major world currencies including EUR, USD, GBP, JPY, AED, CAD, AUD, CHF, CNY, INR, and many more. ## Good fit for - quick travel or shopping conversions - checking a cached rate when connectivity is unreliable - simple one-screen conversion without extra setup
