Viewing and Redeeming e-Prescriptions To redeem an e-prescription, simply use your health insurance card as a reader. Just hold your health insurance card against your phone to see which prescriptions are stored on the card. You can then order them directly from one of our pharmacies – and have them conveniently delivered or pick them up yourself. Redeeming Paper Prescriptions Are you privately insured or have you received a paper prescription from your doctor? You can easily redeem these prescriptions with us as well. Simply take a photo of the prescription and add it to your order. We'll take care of the rest.
