Chettinad School Management ERP Platform (CSMEP) is a tool that is specifically designed to streamline different management functions of Chettinad group schools. It is a software program that automates all activities conducted in different departments of school and creates a platform where complete transparency is maintained between teachers, parents and the school management. It consists of various modules that greatly help the teachers and staff maintain information. CSMEP will also aid the school in managing the student, teacher, parent and admin data. The staff will have their personal information and their professional records in one data base for all future reference. CSMEP will facilitate group schools manage their day to day activities digitally without having to spend much time on manual, repetitive tasks. The idea is to improve the school efficiency and focus on other things than processes. In order to access information, the staff is provided unique user id and password through which they can login and view details. The school management software will facilitate transparent communication by providing a common platform for the school and the parents. CSMEP is a powerful online community to bring parents, teachers and students on a common interactive platform. It is a paperless office automation solution for today's modern schools. It provides the facility to carry out all day to day activities of the school, making them fast, easy, efficient and accurate. Administration will be able to easily share notices, news alerts for students and it will become easier to circulate information within the circle. CSMEP will broadly facilitate management of student admissions, student and staff details, student and staff enquiries, student roll number, Identity Card and certificate generation, library, transport, hostel, kitchen and inventory management. All data is stored in centralized databases and kept secure. All employee details will be recorded in the database. Salary slips will be available for view and staff can apply for requests and leave through this platform.
