MeTime is a mobile application developed by the Student Affairs Office (CSAO) of the School of Professional and Continuing Education of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. As a PolyU HKCC or PolyU SPEED student, you can use a series of self-care exercises and materials in MeTime, which are divided into categories by recordings, articles and videos, so that you can learn to accept and treat yourself well, in the fast-paced life and the hustle and bustle environment , to find peace and joy. CSAO is committed to nurturing your whole-person development, and provides a variety of activities every year to help you prepare for contributing to society and pursuing your life goals in the future. To promote your mental health, positive thinking, healthy living, and communication and leadership skills, CSAO organizes a variety of personal growth activities; our student counselors are also happy to listen to you share your ups and downs in life at any time. In addition, CSAO will also organize a series of study tours to help you broaden your global vision and learn to appreciate multiculturalism. Secondly, in order to improve your competitiveness in further study and employment, the Study and Employment Center under CSAO provides you with information on bridging degree programs, job market information and personal consulting services. The college also has different types of scholarships and nurturing funds in recognition of your outstanding performance and achievements in academics or overall development.
