Store description excerpt
Crown: Royal Etiquette is an interactive guide and challenge experience dedicated to royal customs, court traditions, formal dining, precedence, presentation, and the subtle rules that shaped ceremonial life. Begin your journey by choosing a House and creating your court identity. Each House represents a different approach to learning and decision-making, giving your experience a personal starting point before you enter the Court. At the center of the app is the Codex, a structured collection of etiquette knowledge organized into individual decrees. Explore lessons covering presentation before a sovereign, banquet traditions, seating arrangements, titles and ranks, table customs, formal signals, and other aspects of historical court etiquette. Search the Codex whenever you want to revisit a particular subject. Lessons combine concise explanations with historical context. Learn not only what a particular rule says, but also where the tradition originated and why it became part of formal etiquette. Important details can be committed to memory and revisited as your knowledge grows. The Setting Studio turns formal table etiquette into an interactive activity. Examine pieces of a traditional setting, identify individual objects, and learn where different glasses, plates, forks, knives, and other items belong. Progress through the collection while becoming familiar with the structure of a carefully arranged formal table. Court Trials put your knowledge into practice. Each scenario presents a situation requiring you to choose the correct response based on what you have learned. Questions cover topics such as seating precedence, introductions, dining customs, ranks, presentation, and appropriate behavior within formal settings. Review your verdicts and improve your understanding through repeated challenges. Explore the Five Ranks and learn about traditional titles such as Duke, Marquess, Earl, Viscount, and Baron. Discover their order of precedence, historical origins, and the distinctions that developed around them. The app also presents detailed lessons on silent dining signals, including the positioning of cutlery and the meanings traditionally associated with different arrangements. Historical notes provide additional context for the customs presented throughout the experience. Your Court profile records your progress and Merit as you continue learning. Advance through your chosen House, complete activities, revisit lessons, and build a personal record of your journey through royal etiquette. Crown: Royal Etiquette includes: Interactive etiquette lessons A searchable Codex of court customs Historical context and explanations Formal dining and table-setting activities Court Trials with scenario-based questions Lessons on titles and precedence Dining signals and cutlery placement House selection and personal court identity Merit and progression tracking Royal Treasury and collectible elements Structured learning across multiple etiquette topics Crown:
