You get paid by YouTube in dollars, by other platforms in pounds, and by Twitch in euros. The Spanish Tax Agency (Hacienda) requires everything in euros, every quarter, and without errors. CromaSET does that translation for you. INVOICES THAT ARE VALID Issue invoices in the currency you receive payment in, and the app records them correctly: it converts the amount at the European Central Bank's reference exchange rate for the day, records the applied rate and the date, and saves the equivalent value in euros, which is then declared. Each invoice includes its VeriFactu seal and QR code for verification on the Spanish Tax Agency's website. EACH PLATFORM IS TAXED DIFFERENTLY YouTube, Twitch, OnlyFans, Patreon, or a Spanish brand are not invoiced the same way. The app includes the tax configuration for each platform, prepared by our firm: who to invoice, in which currency, which VAT regime applies, and which tax form to use. You choose the platform; the app takes care of the rest. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU GET PAID The platform pays weeks later, at a different exchange rate, and with commissions. CromaSET reconciles the payment and only suggests the necessary entries: the exchange rate difference and the commission as a separate expense, without affecting the amounts you've already declared. This is the part that almost no one does correctly, and here it's automatic. YOUR TAXES, ON ONE SCREEN VAT forecast and quarterly installment payment for the current quarter, calculated on the server with the same data your advisor sees. No surprises in October. EXPENSES WITH A PHOTO You photograph the receipt, the app reads it and suggests whether it's deductible and how much VAT you can recover. The suggestion is always reviewed by a member of the firm before it's processed. AN ADVISOR WITH A NAME Within the app, you have direct chat with the SET LEGAL team. It's not a bot or a help center: it's your advisor, and they'll answer you. YOUR DOCUMENTS, ALWAYS AT HAND Invoices issued with their QR codes, submitted forms, and all the documents you'll ever need, all in one place. DESIGNED FOR THIS PROFESSION Optional discreet mode: notifications without previews and a neutral name, because not everyone wants their screen to reveal what they do for a living. Data hosted in the European Union, encrypted, and without third-party trackers. WHO'S BEHIND IT? CromaSET is a product of SET and Parsecs. Tax, labor, and legal advice is provided by SET LEGAL, a law firm with real clients, not a self-service platform. Invoicing is generated using the FACTUSET engine, compliant with Royal Decree 1007/2023 (VeriFactu). HOW TO GET STARTED?
