CRMNT (CRM Network Tool) is the Android app that connects your phone calls to your company CRM. Built for authorized business use, it reads call metadata from your device—phone numbers, date and time, call direction, and duration—keeps a secure copy on the phone, and sends new records to your organization's CRM server. Sales, support, and field teams get accurate call history in the CRM without manual data entry, and managers see fresher customer touchpoints. WHO IT IS FOR Teams whose CRM is configured to accept call logs from CRMNT. Install only if your employer or CRM provider asked you to and you agree to how your call data will be collected and synced. WHAT CRMNT DOES • Log in with your name and work phone number. Companies on a trial may require a promo code at sign-in. • Pick your SIM on dual-SIM devices so CRMNT syncs calls from the correct business line. • See recent calls in one scrollable list, with caller names when CRMNT or your phone already has them. • Tap Sync to upload new call records immediately. Background sync also runs when the network and permissions allow, with status updates so you know data is moving. • Turn unknown callers into CRM leads: save a number as a CRMNT contact in one tap, and optionally add it to your device address book. • Open CRMNT Contacts to view and manage your locally cached CRM contact list, refreshed on sync. • Receive push notifications for CRM and operational messages when enabled. • Access password-protected settings to review preferences and sync behavior. CRMNT does not record call audio—it syncs call log metadata only. HOW IT WORKS CRMNT stores calls on the device and skips duplicates before upload. Only new entries are sent to the server endpoint configured by your administrator—they control how records appear in the CRM. Contacts you create from a call are saved locally first, then posted on the next successful sync. PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS Call log and phone permissions are required to read the metadata CRMNT syncs. Notifications inform you about sync activity and CRM alerts. Location is optional and only suggests your country dial code at login; you can skip and select manually. Device contacts access is requested only when you save a number to your phone's contact list. REQUIREMENTS Android phone and reliable internet for registration, login, and sync.
