Your business details are asked for once during setup and appear on every document after that — name, company number, registered address, VAT number, and the bank details at the foot of an invoice. Delivery is added, a deposit already paid comes off, and the balance outstanding is worked out for you. Your bank details and payment terms are already at the foot of the page. COMPANIES HOUSE Enter your company number during setup and the app reads back your registered name, address and incorporation date from the public register, so the details on your documents match the ones on file. MADE FOR HOW YOU TRADE Tell the app whether you are a sole trader, a limited company, an LLP or a partnership. A sole trader is never asked for a company number, and it is never printed on their documents. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE There is no account and no sign-in. Your business details and every document you fill in are written to your device and nowhere else. The only request the app makes is a company number to Companies House, and only when you ask for the lookup.
