Store description excerpt
Course Management System is the instructor app for training providers running CMS. If your organisation schedules you through CMS, this puts your diary and your candidate lists in your pocket. Sign in with the account your organisation gave you, and you get: YOUR DIARY Every course you're booked to deliver, day by day. Tap a date to see what's on. COURSE DETAILS Start and end times, the venue with a tap through to maps, the course type, and the other instructors on the session. CANDIDATE LISTS Everyone booked onto the course, with their status at a glance. ATTENDANCE Mark candidates present or absent as the session runs. It saves straight back to the office system, so nobody has to retype a register afterwards. If your role allows it, you can also add a candidate who turns up on the day, or fix a name that was typed wrong at booking. MORE THAN ONE ORGANISATION Work for several training providers? Add each one and switch between them from the profile tab. Each keeps its own sign-in, so you stay signed in to all of them. WHAT YOU NEED An instructor account from an organisation that uses CMS, plus the organisation key they give you. The app won't show you anything without one. If you're not sure whether you have an account, ask whoever books your courses. Everything runs over a secure connection to your organisation's system. The app doesn't read your location, your contacts, or anything else on your phone.
