One side is yours, the other is theirs — real tasks, happening at the same time. While you're searing the lamb, they're toasting the rice. When you're both done, tap your own side and the recipe moves on together. 200 RECIPES, WRITTEN FOR TWO Every recipe was written from scratch for two cooks and two portions. Ingredients are measured for two, calories are for the meal you'll actually share, and every step gives both people something real to do — never "hand me the pan." Turkish, Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican, Asian, French, Indian, American and more. Some take 15 minutes, some take an hour and a half. A caprese is three steps; handmade mantı is eight. Recipe length follows the dish, not a template. Every recipe is available in full, in both English and Turkish. Nothing is locked.
