Developed by Pathfinder International in partnership with the World Health Organization (WHO), the app is grounded in WHO’s Digital Adaptation Kit (DAK) for Family Planning. C4H supports service providers with structured, evidence-based counselling tools to facilitate informed choice, improve client–provider interactions, and promote the delivery of high-quality, client-centred family planning services.
