KEEP EACH JOB ON TRACK - Create jobs with contract values and cost budgets - See tracked cost pressure alongside work completed - Record store returns against the correct job - Review a weekly field-cost report - Export job records when you need to share or archive them PROTECT APPROVED EXTRA WORK When a customer requests additional work, record the scope and price before doing it. CostNota creates a bilingual English and Spanish confirmation you can share with the customer, helping both sides stay aligned on what changed. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account is required. Job records, receipt images, approval records, and scanned text stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them. Protect sensitive screens with Face ID, and export or restore a password-encrypted local backup.
