CORO is an innovative solution for anyone who wants to have tea, coffee & instant bites from nearby merchants. Through CORO App anyone can access a list of items provided by nearby merchant (who are partnered with CORO) and can easily place an order without paying a single penny. How does it work? 1. Register yourself on CORO app and choose your location by enabling location permission or by choosing manual. 2. If any merchant is associated in that respective area then same will be listed under 'Nearby Merchant' section. By clicking on merchant icon you will be able to view their list of menu items and can start selecting items of your choice. 3. On cart page you will be asked to enter your delivery address. Once your association with the respective address is verified then you will be allowed to place your order without any validation and same will be treated as verified address. Also, if you are not a verified user then also you can place order for items and this will be treated as unverified orders and has certain validations from merchant side. 4. You will be able to track your order and if you need any help then 'Dispute Order' option is also provided. 5. All order related details will be shown under 'History Tab'. 6. Under the ‘Explore’ tab you will be able to read about all important activity happening nearby. 7. Under the Bill section you will be able to see month wise pending dues from your merchants and status of the same will be changed on clearing that due amount. Advantage of using CORO: 1. Easy to connect with nearby merchant and access their complete menu. 2. Instant order feature: No need to call Chaiwala every time and wait for a long time to get the tea/coffee. For items like tea/coffee quick order facility is also provided. Upon single tap your request for tea & coffee will be sent to the delivery member and within 5-10 min delivery will be done. 3. Eat now and pay later: We have also enabled digital khata in this app so one can clear their dues on monthly basis 4. Quick access: Category / brand wise products are segregated for quick access 5. Fully digital: No manipulation in bill possible as we have enabled 360 degree feedback on order processing 6.
