Every session is a sequence of exercise cards with clear illustrations, short descriptions and built-in timers that move you from one exercise to the next. Choose a routine that fits your schedule — five minutes on a rushed morning, fifteen when you have time, or a longer session on weekends. Beginner, intermediate and advanced variations are included, so the app can grow with you. Each exercise shows recommended rest intervals and how many repetitions to aim for, and the timer runs in the background while you follow along. After each workout you'll see a quick summary: total time, number of exercises completed and how many sessions you've finished this week. A simple history view lets you scroll back through past workouts without any clutter. Filter by duration, intensity or muscle focus to find the right routine faster.
