ICOMON Copilot is the official tool for ICOMON field technicians to manage service orders, communicate with the monitoring center, and record evidence in real time. KEY FEATURES • Chat with the monitoring center Talk to the responsible monitor in real time, send texts, photos, and receive guidance on the ongoing service. • Image sharing with OCR Take photos directly from the chat or send from the gallery. Images can be enlarged with a pinch gesture, and the system automatically recognizes relevant text. • Push notifications Receive immediate alerts when the monitor sends a message, even with the application in the background. • Field location The application records the technician's position during the shift to support the automatic certification of service orders and validate presence at the service location. • Always-on session If the session expires during use, the application automatically reconnects without interrupting the workflow. • Interface in Portuguese The entire application is in Brazilian Portuguese, with a layout designed for quick use in the field, even with gloves or in low visibility conditions. WHO IT'S FOR This application is for the restricted use of ICOMON accredited technicians and contracted partners. It is not possible to create an account freely — access is provisioned by the operations center. REQUESTED PERMISSIONS • Location (including background): required for attendance certification at service calls and geofencing of work orders. • Camera: to take photos of service evidence and share them in the chat. • Notifications: to receive real-time monitor alerts. • Battery optimization: requested to ensure that the location service is not interrupted by Android during working hours.
