Store description excerpt

Your energy doesn't come with a gauge. CoPace turns the watch or ring you own into one you can read. What today holds. What you have spent. What is left, right now. The hard part is that the bill arrives a day or two late. By the time you feel it, the spending already happened. So CoPace counts as you go. A day with CoPace Morning. You open it once, and you know. Overnight, CoPace looks at how you slept and how your heart settled. That becomes one line: a good day, a careful day, or an honest "not enough data yet". Under it is the number of minutes you have to spend. Through the day. It counts while you get on with things. CoPace works out the heart rate that counts as pushing it, for you. Every minute above that number comes out of your day. With an Apple Watch your wrist buzzes when you cross it, so you can ease off before you spend more than you meant to. Evening. Ten seconds before bed. One slider for how your body feels. One optional note. Somewhere to write down symptoms. Skip it and nothing scolds you. Tomorrow. And it remembers. If the last two days are catching up with you, tomorrow morning says so, and tells you why in plain words. It knows standing up is not a workout Most pacing tools buzz every time your heart rate rises, including when you have only stood up. That is noise, and it is why people give up. CoPace also looks at whether your wrist is moving, so walking to the kitchen and standing at the sink are treated differently. You are told when it matters and left alone when it is not. Free • Wrist alerts on Apple Watch when you go above your number • Telling the difference between moving and standing still • Your energy for the day, from how you slept and recovered • Your minutes counting down as you use them • A morning heads-up when the last two days are catching up, with the reasons • Evening check-in and somewhere to note symptoms • A fairer starting number if you take medication that slows your heart rate • All of your data back out, whenever you want it Pacing your day is free. Pro is for looking back, to see how your days add up. Pro, if you want the longer view • What happened the last few times your day looked like this one • Your number learns from your own history instead of staying fixed • Symptoms tracked over months, so patterns have a chance to show • How steady your pacing has been, week to week • Your full history, not only the recent days • A summary you can save or send to your doctor Works with what you already own Wrist alerts need an Apple Watch Series 4 or newer (watchOS 10.6+). Daily energy works with an Oura Ring, Garmin, or anything that sends health data to your iPhone. Nothing extra to buy. Your data stays on your phone There is no account to make. Your heart rate, sleep and steps are read from Apple Health on your phone, and the working out happens there. The part that learns your patterns never sends anything anywhere. Two things are your choice and do leave your phone: connecting
