Conventus is a queue and meeting management application developed to make parent-teacher meeting days more organized and trackable in schools. Parents can see teachers on active meeting days and shifts, queue for an available teacher, and track their queue status. Teachers can manage their own queues, call up the next parent in line, start, complete, or mark a parent as absent. School administrators can track meeting day operations, activity/shift flow, and reports. Conventus is an operational application that operates based on school, teacher, and parent roles and uses closed school data. Users do not create their own accounts; access information is provided by the school.
