The AG-Controltag application allows insurance experts to digitize the entire process of compiling the report by easily inserting photographs, personal notes, signature of the actors involved and satellite coordinates. The inspection reports and other forms necessary for completing the appraisal are filled out in all their fields and transmitted in real time to the head office. With AG-Controltag the expert will be able to view the agenda of appointments by viewing them on a map and independently manage their movements by optimizing the routes between one customer and another. A convenient messaging function keeps the operator in close contact with the central office, recording any notes related to the practice. The advantages of AG-Controltag? The paper is eliminated. Partially filled forms are avoided. Photographs are certainly associated with practice. The data is acquired from the headquarters in real time.
