ContextKey is an on-device organizer for account materials, verification, and handover. It is designed for individuals, freelancers, and small teams who receive login details through setup sheets, screenshots, photos, PDFs, and text files. Turn scattered login information into structured dossiers that are easier to review, maintain, and hand over. Key features: • Import scans, photos, multiple images, PDFs, and text files • Recognize service names, login URLs, usernames, and passwords on-device • Detect HTTP(S) login links contained in QR codes and barcodes • Record owners, recovery contacts, sign-in instructions, and lifecycle status • Verify dossiers individually and record their latest verification date • Identify incomplete dossiers and records not verified for more than 180 days • Organize dossiers into folders for clients, projects, or other contexts • Create random passwords with the built-in password generator • Share redacted handover summaries that exclude passwords • Generate password-free handover PDFs for an entire folder • Optionally retain source documents behind device-owner authentication Privacy and data protection: Passwords are stored in the iOS Keychain. Document recognition and dossier organization take place on your device, and imported materials are not automatically uploaded. Device-owner authentication is required before revealing or copying passwords or viewing retained source documents. Passwords copied to the pasteboard expire after a limited period. ContextKey never opens recognized URLs automatically and never saves recognized results without your confirmation. You remain in control of every imported and stored detail.
