In the tales crystallizes, so to speak, the wisdom of a people. These are lessons of experience from centuries, applied to the various circumstances of practical life, lessons of common sense, words of old people. They invite the audience to be wary of appearances and to scrutinize the hidden side of things. We thank all the Ninkarse who helped us collect these 15 tales.
