Construction Logbook Offline helps tradespeople, small contractors and construction companies keep a clear site diary directly on their phone. The app is designed for fast daily records from the construction site: completed work, workers, shifts, weather, materials, photos, signatures and PDF export. It works without registration, without a user account and without required synchronization. You can now use the AI assistant. It can prepare a draft construction logbook retrospectively from ordinary notes, dictated text, OCR text, delivery notes or photo metadata. Your notes do not need to be perfectly structured day by day – AI helps organize them, draft daily entries and fill selected details. AI output is always a draft. You review it, edit it and only then save it to the logbook. Main features: • daily construction records, • retrospective AI draft from notes, • AI completion of an existing logbook, • AI help when editing a daily entry, • voice dictation, • OCR from camera and gallery, • photo documentation with captions, • signatures directly on the phone, • PDF export of the construction logbook, • internal notes excluded from PDF, • full-text search in logbooks, • offline-first use without account or registration. For one AI import, we recommend a maximum of 20 working days. Longer periods can be split into several parts and added gradually. AI credits: • 1 AI credit = 1 successful AI draft processing, • Support development / PRO adds initial AI credits, • additional AI credits can be purchased in the app, • a credit is not deducted if the draft cannot be created. The app is useful for: • self-employed tradespeople, • construction trades, • small construction companies, • technical supervisors, • renovations, installations and smaller construction projects. Core features work offline. AI features require an internet connection and available AI credits.
