Terra Santa Consolidation is the Terra Santa Church pastoral team's app for following up with first-time visitors. Those who arrive at a church and don't receive follow-up contact don't return. This app exists so that no one gets forgotten in a spreadsheet: each registered person is assigned to a consolidator, with a deadline, history, and recorded conversation. WHAT YOU DO IN THE APP • My pending tasks: a list of those waiting for your contact, with those who are behind at the top. • Church WhatsApp conversation: you talk to the person using the church's number, not your cell phone. The conversation is recorded for whoever takes over later. • Pre-written messages: type "/" and choose a pre-approved text, adjust it, and send it. • Contact registration: after talking, you record what happened and the person moves on to the next step. • New person registration: register someone you just met, directly from your cell phone. • Cell phone notification: when someone replies or a deadline approaches, the app notifies you. FOR LEADERSHIP • Consolidation numbers: how many people in each stage, how many are late, what each consolidator did. • Automatic distribution among consolidators, respecting the church rule of men speaking with men and women with women. • Transfer of responsibility when someone cannot continue. ACCESS Access is only for the consolidation team of the Holy Land Church. The secretary sends an access link via WhatsApp; upon opening the link, the cell phone is linked and no password is required afterwards. It is not a general-use application: without the link sent by the church, there is no way to enter. RESPECT FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT WISH TO BE CONTACTED If a person requests not to receive further contact, the record is marked and the system blocks any new sending, automatic or manual.
