Consign Payout Desk solves one specific back-office problem for consignment and resale shops: turning point-of-sale CSV sales exports into clear monthly consignor payout reports. Many small shops already use a checkout system, but still calculate consignor splits in spreadsheets. Consign Payout Desk keeps that workflow lightweight. Import a Square-style or POS sales CSV, match sales to consignors by SKU prefix, item code, category, or custom rule, then review payout totals, store share, unpaid balances, and unmatched sales before export. The app works offline and stores data locally. There is no account, server, subscription, Square login, or POS replacement required. Use Consign Payout Desk to: - Import sales CSV files from Files, Mail, or Downloads. - Create consignors with default split percentages. - Match each sale to a consignor using SKU prefixes like MC-1001 or item codes like [MC]. - Add custom payout rules for item names, SKUs, or categories. - Review unmatched sales before running payouts. - Track which consignor payouts are paid or unpaid. - Export monthly payout reports as PDF or CSV. - Run the same workflow on iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
